Zoan Collective Publisher is a web-based content operations tool used to manage social publishing workflows, campaign assets, and analytics for Zoan Collective brands.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Comply with platform policies (including TikTok and other integrated networks).

4. Third-Party Platforms

The service may connect to third-party APIs and platforms. Their terms and policies apply independently. Availability, limits, or behavior of third-party services may affect functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its intellectual property. You represent that you have rights to publish any media or copy submitted through the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoan Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue, profits, or data.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
